"What a great company. I called them at 8am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. they gave me a window of between 10am and noon. My technician Jack H was at my door at exactly 10am. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention. He repaired the door quickly and efficiently. I truly feel that this is a 5 STAR company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."

"A garage door spring (without safety cable) broke. Normally, my father would have repaired it but he passed last year. The same job was half as much with LOX than the other two estimates (and they were not free estimates, LOX was free). One of the other companies' discussed other issues with the old doors and I obtained quotes on those fixes as well. Ended up with two garage doors refreshed (new springs, pulleys, cables, and rollers plus tune-up and added safety cables) for the similar cost as what was quoted for one door by the other two companies and longer labor warranty than another quote. Discovered afterward that a garage door wasn't flush with the seal in one area. LOX came out next day, recalled he'd replaced a hinge when replacing one of the rollers where the issue was and realized the hinge was the wrong size. Easily repaired and quickly on his way. Timely in all responses and very friendly, flexible, and accountable."
