In fact, his leveling of the floor was so impeccable as to eliminate the need for transition strips between tile and wood. Bonus: Efrain was the only installer who even bothered to investigate what was under the existing floor before giving a quote. (Surprise, it was another layer of ceramic tile with concrete under that.) Highly recommended and will use for future projects."
