"Called them in the afternoon about a suspected pipe leak (non-emergency) near my water meter, and they sent a technician out less than an hour later. Tim gave me a quote over the phone and was ready to do the 3 to 4 hour repair on the spot. I needed to coordinate with a tenant, so he came back out the following morning to do the work. Tim was on time and I was able to track his arrival on a map from a link texted to me by the office.
