"Roberto and his team did an outstanding job today at my mother's home; from his initial reply throughout the entire process he was awesome. They removed her old boiler and replaced it with a new one; he even cleaned the entire surrounding area that had suffered from previous attempts to soak up the oil and/or water leakage. They ensured everything was working well. Mom has heat and hot water again and is very, very happy! Roberto even fixed the door leading from the garage into her home- WOW! Mom and I wanted to cry because of his generosity and kindness. Roberto totally went above and beyond and provided us with an overall exceptional customer service experience.
