"Hiring a roofer can be scary. I put a search on HomeAdvisor and Jim called the same day. He was very professional, not pushy and said he could look at the property the next day. He did that. Called me with his recommendations and sent me a proposal. The price was better than I expected. I accepted the proposal and he completed the roof repairs the next day. He didnâ t take payment (not even a deposit) until he completed the job. After he was on the roof (a two story apartment building) he noticed a few additional things that needed to be done and he did them without any additional charge. With all the storms in Florida and people who have been cheated by roofers, sadly, I seriously cannot recommend Burke Services enough.
