When I met the team that worked at my property for the next few days, they were efficient, compassionate and knew exactly what they were doing. They made my family and I feel like we were in good hands. My parents are elderly and this situation was a huge devastation for us all causing much stress and fear. My parents along with my disabled brother live downstairs-of did. They just lost their entire home and all of their belongings. There is no other words to describe other than shock and thanks be to GOD that we live to tell the story. I just lost 1/2 of my house, the one asset I own is now damaged along with a new hot water tank, furnace and washing machine. My parents lost their kitchen, their beds, their clothing, priceless irreplaceable family photos and momentous. They just had their bathroom remodeled, the list can go on and on and on. They made my home a safe place for my 87 year old Mom with lung issues and my 83 year old Dad with several heart complications feel safe again that the air they are breathing is mold free and all is sanitized.
