He spelled out in his initial estimate the protective measures that would be taken for shrubbery and gardens around the house, a magnetic sweep of the work area after job completion to gather loose nails and even cleaned existing gutters - in addition to all of details of the roofing itself. Additionally, he offered an "all cash" discount, roughly equal to what his debit/credit card processing fee would have been. Finally, and most importantly for most people, his bid was extremely competitive - so he doesn't charge premium fees or exorbitant labor rates for all of his special services. The work crew made a concerted effort to minimize their impact on our activities. I couldn't be more pleased with my new roof - its made of 1st rate materials, its extremely durable, it has ample ice, snow and wind protection and it looks great!"
