"The business owner, Chase, was very professional in response to my need for remodeling two bathrooms. We reviewed the work to be performed, signed a contract, and the work began within days. Nick, their employee, accompanied us during our purchase of items we wanted installed in each bathroom. This degree of personal involvement exceeded all my expatiations. The work and professionalism by Nick cannot be duplicated. He addressed the project as if our home was his. All issues Nick discovered during the project were quickly corrected to assure the finished project would meet and truthfully exceed our expatiations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of personal service. Lastly, a separate project arose during this remodeling. This project had nothing to do with the original project. Chase handled the matter, the repair, (shed roof) was completed in one day. Exceptional people who treat you like family."

"We actually hired J Hoss for two jobs, and they did a great job with both! Both were tricky operations involving the plumbing of an old beach house, and they came up with effective ways of dealing with every issue. The hot water heater install involved moving an old hot water heater out of a crawlspace and putting a new one in in a closet, and the plumbing lines were a bit wacky due to the way the cottage had been added onto over time. But they solved the problems without tearing out any walls, which was great. The other job involved a DIY project installing a bathroom vanity that we got halfway through before realizing we were over our heads. They were game and jumped right in and worked with us to complete the job. We loved how they collaborated with us and were so cheerful about our amateur efforts! Definitely will hire again."

"I contacted the company for an estimate and was provided a verbal estimate over the phone, followed by a written estimate via email. Scheduling was easy. I called on a Thursday and they were able to schedule my install for the following Monday. The electricians arrived on time, and were very friendly and professional upon our initial greeting. They installed a new chandelier and dimmer in my foyer, and cleaned the work area and disposed of the old light fixture. The electricians ensured I was happy with the lighting placement and job performance prior to leaving. We opted to get our gutters replaced as well as our roof, which required a second day of work. We really appreciated this as the new gutters would have clashed with the color of our siding!
