"Brian was awesome, a true professional. Accurate, up-front, all-inclusive pricing with no surprises. He was responsive, on-time, and carried himself professionally. He did a fantastic job on 10-year-old wool Berber carpeting on which some unprofessional painters had splattered paint. When Brian was finished, the carpeting looked brand new (just ask our real estate broker!). My wife, who is a very private person and does not like contractors in our home, thought that Brian was great - honest, respectful, and competent (which is a bit of a rarity in many home service professions). 5 Stars!"
