"Marc is a first-responder in all sense of the phrase: he was the first representative to provide professional, detailed and thorough estimated costs and time to re-roof my house. The crew, headed up by Lubo, were punctual, careful when setting up, polite and considerate. They worked extremely efficiently and quickly once they started. Like Marylouise S. in Wilmette, it was discovered that the entire roof deck required replacement as it was original to the house (1950) and basically there wasn't anything substantial left for installation of the shingles. An unexpected additional cost for sure but I know the roof and decking have been done right. The roof work was done in 1-1/2 days and the worksite was left spotless. Marc also provided a competitive and very fair estimate for his masonry professional to rebuild the chimney from the flashline up. The chimney took a lilttle longer than expected due to quirks of the original chimney construction, but the workmanship is very, very good and I'm very happy. I highly recommend Marc and Williams Roofing & Construction. And now that I have a new roof and a new chimney, if only Santa Claus would appear with his eight tiny reindeer!"

There may be portions where the substrate below needs to be replaced. We have a one room section off the back of the house that is flat roof. We'd like this pitched and tied into the main roof. PLEASE DO NOT come unannounced and get on our roof. Do that ONLY by agreed appointment. Urgent right now is there is a section of our front upper left face of the house - siding - where the top panel is sliding down because the substrate behind that holds it has been compromised and it needs to be replaced. I will not be able to reside, but need this addressed as soon as possible. Again, please DO NOT come unannounced and particularly DO NOT go on my roof without my consent either by phone or in person at my front door.
