"Gary is great. He built a mud room and a pantry, and remodeled my bathroom. He was very easy to work with and accommodated my requested changes to the project easily. The quality of his work is excellent and he has a good eye for detail. He always showed up when he said he would, worked steadily on the project until it was done, and let us know if he needed to change the schedule. His work was very neat, and we had very little disturbance to the rest of our home. The cost of the project was fair and reasonable, and I already have ideas for additional work I would like Gary to complete. I am so happy with everything he did. "MCRM was a pleasure to work with. I hired MCRM to assess, disassemble and reinstall roughly 200รข of vinyl fence recently installed by another company. The previous install was not plumb, level or installed per the fence manufacturers guidelines, thereby jeopardizing any future warranty work. Mark explained what needed done and provided a tiered proposal based on additional items uncovered during the disassembly. Communication was clear, the job site was left in a secure and neat condition each day and I had a clear understanding of scheduling. He and I went to the home depot and I bought a faucet. He installed the new faucet with the same amount of money that he quoted me for. I really appreciated what this company did me.
