"Very professional job. Cleanup was excellent. I asked Brian for an estimate on redoing the top floor roof. My only issue was that they suggested to do additional work, which I have no way of knowing, given my lack of experience with roofing, was necessary. The additional work, laying another level of wood on top of the current plywood, before laying the paper and shingles, cost $1,500 which was a 60% increase in the cost of the job. AGAIN, THIS MAY HAVE BEEN NECESSARY, but I don't know, so I was uncomfortable agreeing to the additional work. I am very happy with the new roof."
