"Mike was fantastic. He said that he would be here at 8:00 am and was on time both days. The job was more challenging that he originally thought but he did not increase his quote. Because of this,I gave him a little more money. I would recommend him to everyone and will be putting up his business cards in my place of work as soon as spring starts. I couldn't be more pleased with Mike and his company. Kristin G, Manchester CT"

"I had Zach out last week to level some land next to a shed. He also took down the existing shed and took it all away. I will be getting a new shed, built me a stone platform to put it on. He is meticulous. Did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything after. Even put hay down with some grass seed and areas."

"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."

"I was referred by one of my good friends, which had talked very highly about them. I gave them a shot on one property. Did a whole brand new driveway for me perfectly. Immediately gave them another property to do as well. Highly recommend."
