  Comment: 1.SCHEDULING. A4 Project officer will provide passes for all contract personnel. The contractor shall schedule and coordinate all work with the project officer. The contract performance period shall not exceed 100 calendar days aer receipt of order. All work shall be inspected by the government for final approval and acceptance. 2.PROTECTION OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY. The contractor shall protect government property to the extent necessary to prevent damage. The contractor shall use drop cloths, shields, vents, and other protecve devices as necessary to accomplish work under this contract. Contractor shall remove fixtures and equipment as necessary to accomplish work under this contract. Contractor shall reinstall all removed components and ensure that they are returned to the same operaonal condion as prior to removal. 3.HOURS OF OPERATION. The contractor shall perform all work during the normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Work outside of normal business hours shall be requested from and approved by the Contracng Officer. The contractor is not required to perform work during federal holidays. 4. WORK TO BE PERFORMED. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to perform the work, as described below. All work shall take place during regular business hours (M-F, 8:00AM-5:00PM, excluding holidays). The project includes all approved materials, labor, supplies, and equipment to do the following, but not limited to: - Chem-dry cleaning of carpets with hot water extracon for all the offices in facility 326. Please refer to atached facility layout, parcularly the spaces in blue. Spot clean unusually dirty carpeted areas as necessary. During the above works there should not be any damage to the exisng carpet and the any parts of the building including furnishers, equipment, electrical connecons, water, and wastewater supply.
