"Jonathan is conscientious, communicative and thorough. Let me give you some examples of each: COMMUNICATIVE- not even 10 minutes after submitting the request for quote Jonathan called me. I do a lot of my own home repairs but it irks me to no end when a tradesman doesn't return your calls. I've had a few. I WILL NOT chase anyone to put money in their pocket. Didn't have to chase Jonathan. He called me when in route and let me know upfront what my charges and options would be. CONSCIENTIOUS-Again, I have an idea of what was happening with my water heater. Knew that the hot water out line was leaking but knew I wanted to replace the 14 year-old water heater (not a matter of "if" but "when" with a 14 year-old water heater). He came in, said that it was just the water line leaking. He could have tried to embellish and made it seem worse than it was. He didn't. THOROUGH- He didn't just remove and install the water heater. He checked the water pressure and found my PRV (pressure regulator valve) was bad. Not only did he check the pressure he SHOWED me the pressure (see "CONSCIENTIOUS" above). His reasoning? Why install a new water heater into a system with high water pressure? So down he went into my hot garage and replaced the PRV. He was able to accommodate me on the same day, a Friday afternoon when most people are winding down to ease into the weekend. His pricing is fair and he provides great value for what you pay. You will not be disappointed hiring Jonathan and Adams Plumbing for all your plumbing needs."
