"I hired Chris to replace a boot on a roof vent pipe. Water had found it's way into the attic due to the storm over the past weekend. When I went into the attic, I saw where the water was coming in from around the vent pipe. I have four vent pipes on top of my roof, so when Chris got on top of the roof to replace the one that I called about, he showed me that the other three boots needed replacing also. He gave me a very reasonable price for the other three and then went back to the hardware store and picked up the parts. He returned promptly and replaced all boots.
