They came out and within 15 minutes they had identified the problem and gave me the part number to order. I cannot give these guys enough stars!!! Completely down to business but friendly. Extremely knowledgeable with regard to my fridge. I anticipate having ice again next week!!! Highly, highly recommended service! Reasonable rates--took a bit of time to coordinate them coming out--but well worth the wait!!!"
