"Herbie was so good about keeping me informed of what he was doing to my laptop. He was able to retrieve most of my data before replacing the hard drive. Project Location: Greer, SC Date: 01/22/24Location: HomeComment: When running games the monitor will black out as in lose HDMI signal and the pc is still running but I know the game has crashed because other players will tell me that I’ve left the game when it happens. Sometimes the pc just hard crashes and shuts off completely and other times just the game or client will crash and take me back to the desktop home screen. Unsure if graphics card is causing the issue or maybe power supply is going bad I’m not exactly sure it seems it could be many things but here are my PC specs: i7-11700KF CPU (overclocked to 4.0ghz) NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti 16Gb T-Force delta RAM 800W Gold Power Supply Asrock Z590-C motherboard Liquid Cooling for CPU (2 Fans) 3 other fans for overall direction of airflow Hoping to have someone with the tools and supply to troubleshoot and hopefully fix the issue so I don’t have to go in replacing a bunch of parts. Thank you!
