"Mr Noonan built up our basement and made it into an apartment for us. He did a excellent job. The flooring and walls were all expertly put in and looked fantastic when it was done. He also installed a sub pump to make sure we didn t have any flooding which worked out great. He is great at what he does and well worth it ! He is a hard worker who puts all his effort into anything he does. Great pricing too!!"
