"Called Middletown HVAC for routine heater bleed when the company I normally use was unable to come out. I have a newborn baby in the house and was concerned about him being cold. Technician came out and found during our inspection that our boiler was not only not functioning properly but was unsafe for use due to water rot. We were floored as the previous company mentioned NOTHING years before. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to get things replaced in a quick and efficient manner. They came back and took care of it within a matter of two days. Needless to say, I will no longer be calling the old company and I will only be calling Middletown. Technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Will definitely recommend to family and friends."
