"From the very first phone contact, they were professional 2.0! They worked w/us in every way as far as choices. Lots of education about the products. When it comes to financing, they assist you w/any ripples & work it out for your benefit. The sales personnel , office personnel, financing personnel were all friendly, top notch, & KNEW the ins/outs to guide us. Next is the installation, that is where they really shine!! My installers were friendly, explained everything, ,quite skilled at their jobs, protected the site from damage & cleaned EVERYTHING up when it was completed!! THIS ON A BITTER COLD, RAINY DAY, ALL DAY!! Yeah one of those just miserable day!! They were fast, careful & worked as such a cohesive team!! The product; I canâ t say enough, Iâ ve turned my furnace down, I only hear whatâ s inside my home & they are beautiful & so easy to clean!! BUY THESE WINDOWS FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WONâ T REGRET IT!!!"
