Once the construction started, Mike set up a very reasonable payment schedule based on task completion and kept us updated daily on his next steps. After the deck was completed, we knew that it not only looked amazing but also well built. His crew was always courteous and professional. We were impressed by his attention to detail as Mike matched our deck, steps and skirts with the same color pattern. Mike not only built us a deck â he DESIGNED us a deck. We also appreciated the time he took when our deck was complete to power wash it, and seed the grass around the finished product. "The project was to replace an existing 12' X 16' deck. The old deck was demolished in one day and the new deck was built in 1 1/2 days. Craftsmanship is fantastic. The crew was friendly and respectful of the property. Clean up was completed daily. The new deck is awesome and the price is reasonable. I am completely pleased with the end product."
