He SAVED US money by showing how purchasing a new appliance was a better deal for us, in the long run, than having him repair our existing washing machine…this revelation cost HIM money. He also took the time to repair our ice maker; a job for which he was not contracted, but agreed to do. We couldn’t have been more pleased."
