"I am very happy with the work that the crew at All Pro Home Solutions did. I enjoyed the conversations and uplifting attitude of everyone while they worked. I value honesty and individuals that are just "good humans" towards others. And I got that feeling while working with them. The only part that made me whence a little was the bill was a little bit higher than I expected. Although I completely think that is my fault, I was told once specifically that their estimate was labor only.. and it was. I just forgot that by the time the bill came. They did not overcharge me for parts anything. And they selected the same brands I would have. Will be contacting again in the near future! Thanks!"

"I friend recommended Mr. Monigold as I was looking for someone to repaint my porch banisters before the winter set in, and I was extremely satisfied! Bryan was punctual, communicative, honest, and his workmanship was very acceptable. I will definitely be getting with him again for any projects on the future!"

"They were so incredibly kind and helpful and we were impressed with their expertise and ability to problem-solve! The job we presented them with was NOT an easy one, and Kevin got creative in order to remove some old plumbing fixtures in order to connect our new washer and stack the dryer. Theyve continued to help us problem solve the electrical connection and even agreed to come back to assist us with changing the power cord and dryer vent routing! To top it all off, they were nice to our dogs! We highly recommend them and feel lucky to have found this resource."

"James did an amazing job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel as well as some other handyman jobs weâ ve needed help on. He is responsive and sets reasonable expectations as far as timing and availability of materials. He was a good manager of the subcontractors as well when that was needed. He and his team were very respectful of the fact that we were living through the renovation and tried not to spread the renovation mess to other spaces and was always good to make sure our pets were out of any danger. The quality of work was excellent on all of the projects and weâ ve gotten tons of compliments. The tile work especially was amazing! I would recommend James to any of my friends and weâ ll use him again for future remodels."

A truly skilled, well-equipped professional with a truck full of parts that charges $100 an hour can be a much wiser choice than an inexperienced hack, working with inadequate tools and no parts, but charging much less. Often, more experienced professionals get the job done quickly with warrantied work.
2. Compare Travel ChargesRates reflect travel times. Travel charges can have a big impact on your costs and are in some ways easier to compare than hourly rates. Many electricians spend a third or more of their time navigating traffic on their way to a jobsite. Every contractor must find a way to pay for the expense of driving each day.
3. Bundle Repair Jobs TogetherWhen you feel it’s time to call a pro, review your list and then conduct a mini-inspection of your home. Look for faulty switches and dysfunctional or crowded outlets. When the electrician comes, you’ll save money and time by getting everything taken care of at once.
