He took the time to do a variety of tests, and he diagnosed the issue which required a very specific replacement part. He tracked one down in Chattanooga, and arranged to have it brought up asap. By the next day, he had it repaired and good to go again. He was very courteous and communicative, clearly explaining the issue and necessary solution. We plan to have him be our go-to guy for heating/AC needs from here on out."
