"Scott was great! We had our heat go out in the night. We called in the morning, and he showed up the same day. He took the time to do a variety of tests, and he diagnosed the issue which required a very specific replacement part. He tracked one down in Chattanooga, and arranged to have it brought up asap. By the next day, he had it repaired and good to go again. He was very courteous and communicative, clearly explaining the issue and necessary solution. We plan to have him be our go-to guy for heating/AC needs from here on out."

"Bill was very professional, on time and very thorough. He did an EXCELLENT job, and the cost was very good. The typical maintenance items you do for a home, this has to be one of the top "Bang for the Buck" items you can perform. Should be on the top of everyone's list, and Bill should be on the top of folks list of who to have it performed by. I highly recommend Bill. I would use him for any other service he provided without question."
