"First and foremost what a wonderful job was done by D&M Properties who rebuilt my deck. This was the first major project I have done to my home since buying it where I was extremely apprehensive as to what the experience would be like from friends and colleagues sharing stories about contractors lack of commitment and reliability once they secured a â job.â Let me just share that Andrew with his son Daryn, never missed an appointment and kept me in the loop on a daily basis if weather was going to play a factor in progress to build my deck as well as taking pictures every day when I had to leave my home. My deck was old and starting to rot where Andrew suggested a composite product which requires minimal maintenance. He also made recommendations but ultimately let me make the final call. I found being candid with this military veteran delivered the best communication style and shared my skepticism, Andrew never let me down and delivered the project one day earlier than anticipated. Andrew treated this project like it was his own home he was working on. I am more than happy to speak to anyone about my awesome experience with D&M and beautiful new deck."

"The crew removed the plantings and brick borders from the front and both sides of our house. This included two large bush stumps as well as a 50 year old rhododendren bush that was too close to the house. They graded all of the old and new topsoil away from the house, laid down landscape fabric, planted new colorful bushes, and mulched everything with layers of black mulch. They reused many of the existing bricks for a border along the walkway and the one side of the house. They hauled away all of the debris and old bricks that were not used."
