"When I filled out the home advisor estimate form, I immediately began getting calls from contractors. I wasn't quite ready to start talking to an actual person so I avoided all contractor calls. One day, however, my toddler picked up the phone and Jimmy was on the other end. I explained I wasn't ready to proceed yet (since we hadn't bought the house yet) and he was not pushy... just told me to call him when I was ready. He followed up only once in 3 months which was great. I didn't feel pushed or rushed. Once we were ready, I contacted Jimmy to get an estimate on building a bathroom within the existing house. I got two quotes and his was significantly cheaper. The other company wanted me to spend so much money on things I didn't need. Jimmy came in, knowing we were on a budget, built us a beautiful bathroom with everything we needed, not any more or any less. Jimmy's workers are polite, professional, and they cleaned up each day before they left. The entire bathroom was built in under two weeks! Since then, I have hired MESCO to do some other smaller jobs such as rebuilding our pantry and finishing part of our basement. I explained my needs and he just knew exactly how to design the pantry. He even sound proofed the ceiling of our basement with insulation since he knew our son played drums down there. I'm not sure how many other contractors would have gone above and beyond like that. Jimmy is kind, professional, accessible (a huge bonus), and a delight to work with. I can't think it's anything short of a miracle that my daughter picked up the phone when he called. Had it not been for that, we may have spent a ton of unnecessary money and had headaches from another contractor. (I have had bad experiences in the past.) If you are wondering whether or not to use MESCO, I can't praise them highly enough. They are a wonderful company who clearly care about their customers' satisfaction more than making a quick buck and moving on to the next job.
