AJ was our Project Manager and was always available to answer any questions that arose. He made several in person visits to the house to speak with us prior to the roof install and made sure we understood all of the details. He also helped with the filing of forms, insurance and permits required by our HOA. The Discount team helped us maximize our insurance related damages and made sure our yard was cleaned up spotlessly after the work was done. This was done by covering our house in a protective wrap prior to the work being started. The roof replacement was done in about a day (a huge crew busted it out as fast as humanly possible). By the way, a Project Manager is required to be onsite during the installation so you can have a direct point of contact the day of.
