"My dryer vent wasn't staying together, so my girlfriend and I hired him to do the job. He was punctual, polite and respectful, and charged the job quite reasonably. He did the job with what I thought was without a hitch. So I decided to do laundry. Unbeknownst to me, the washer drain got jostled and something disturbed upon moving the dryer back. A not insignificant amount of water was on the floor. I contacted him, and he came back immediately, cleaned up the laundry room, and fixed the problem. In closing, an excellent choice on my part."
