We had some unexpected additional repairs (rotted wood) along the way that he communicated through and we got it done! we had a tight deadline and he crushed it. The deck is beautiful and well made and he went above and beyond with other things we needed (hauling and screening our porch). I 12/10 recommend him for any building or repair projects. He will be helping us with our property from here on out!"

"Miguel and his team did a great job replacing a deck at a townhouse located in the Windbrooke at Silverton townhome community in Cary, NC. These charming townhomes were built in the 1980s. More recently, the HOA voted to make unit owners responsible for repair and replacement of decks instead of the HOA. Predictably, there are plenty of decks that need to be repaired and/or replaced in this community. Miguel handled permitting with the Town of Cary and he stained the deck after construction to meet HOA guidelines. He is reasonably priced, efficient, and quick to communicate with his clients.
