"It is always painful to have an appliance breakdown. My dryer broke down when I had 4 loads of wet clothes on standby. I placed a service request late on a Sunday afternoon. In less than 2 hours Mr. Lachter called me to set up an appointment to repair the dryer. He was friendly, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. During these times when you cant find someone who provides customer service, Jeff Lachter is the exception. Thank you!"
