He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process -- design, excavation, installation -- and showed extraordinary patience as I went through my first renovations. He went out of his way to make sure I understood every choice I was making. He even took care of some minor things that were wrong with my apartment on his own (a door that didn't fit right, some exposed space in the bathroom) that weren't a part of the project. He also helped build things in a way that they can grow, leaving room for a bigger stove, a bigger fridge, and so on. I never would have thought of that. He's a great guy.
