"My Samsung refrigerator was in dire need of attention. It was building quite an amount of ice throughout the back panel, more than I could imagine, and it was making continuous odd noises, which it turned out, they were cries for help. At one point the noise stopped, but I'm guessing that was when the fan actually called it quits. Not sure who to call, I ended up calling Superior after reading the reviews, and it was truly a blessing sent from above. The minute I called them, it was my luck they were in the neighborhood. They understood my problem quickly and they offered to stop by soon after. The minute they saw the refrigerator, they assessed the problem right away and realized that the ice accumulation exceeded more than the average. They were willing to attack the issue immediately and lessen my worries. Hard working, personable, decent folks are hard to come by, and they certainly were an example of such. Will call them again in a blink of an eye."
