The Technician showed and explained how from the factory the wires were bunched up, routed incorrectly, and not at all connected Properly. He went deep into the unit to locate the problem. They are Hard Working, Honest, Focused and Knowledgeable. My old Unit was 23 years old. Bennyâ s cost was actually less than what I paid back then for the same make, model, more efficient unit.
