"Jacob kept in contact with me about all aspects of the job. Two days before the original job date, he called to tell me one of his pieces of equipment needed repair, and rescheduled the job for 7 days later. He had 5 people resurfacing my 3800 sq ft asphalt driveway which was in bad shape with 4 areas along the driveway that had buckled by tree roots and severe alligatoring of the 5 spot parking section. After cutting out the bad sections and removing a 4 ft wide strip in front of my garage so that the new asphalt was level with my garage, they did a 2.5 inch overlay and compacted it. They cleaned up well when done. They returned 2 days later when I called about a high spot on the steep driveway portion that needed adjusting, and promptly fixed it with a propane torch, shovel and rake, making the spot blend in with the rest of the surface. He will be coming out again in 60 days to put on a seal coat as suggested."
