Project Location: Fort Myers, FL Date: 01/20/24Type of Project: New paversComment: Its a fairly small project that requires an extension to an existing lanai the dimensions are 17x17' (2 sides only) that sits in an "L" shaped corner of the house. if you can handle the concrete block portion replacing a lawn area with concrete block pavers with 2 retaining walls seats about 18" high by 4' long, 12" thick at the back of the new patio. I will deal with the irrigation and the only other thing you need to know is a 3x3' pad would have to be removed from the existing covered patio. I understand the concrete block manufacturers are slammed right now so I would like to know how long this project would take, costs involved, and what kind of down payment you would need. Thanks,
