He answered all my questions and after reviewing my other contractors information ,I informed Mr Thornhill that he had the job. The job was demolishing the old deck and building a new one using Composite material.The job was started on Monday morning and completed on Wednesday of the same week.The workmanship was excellent and completed much quicker than I anticipated.Larry even added some finishing touches that made the finished deck look something to die for.I highly recommend his company with a 5 star rating."

City of Kirkland took almost four months (Covid-related) to process our permit, and Jeremy was prompt responding to their questions and making minor adjustments. "We hired Vick/Central Builders for three projects . He built a deck/platform with pressure treated wood and trex for the new gazebo. We then hired him to assemble the cedar gazebo with a metal roof. Last, we hired him to attach a porch rail with polycarbonate panels to keep out the rain and wind. On each job, he was polite, creative, on time, and finished quickly. Each job was meticulous, exacting, and creative. He has "an eye" for color, and each corner is exact, and all poles, posts, and rails are level and joined perfectly, with all screws counter-sunk. Clean-up of each project was perfect. We would absolutely recommend him for any project, small or large. He will soon be so busy we will have to stand in line!"
