"Dustin responded to my inquiry within an hour. Came to the house, gave me a quote within 3 hours. Was fast, efficient, and price was outstanding. He came later to remove stumps, was on time, every time. I will use Dustin and his company for every trimming / tree removal job I ever need done. "Dave Sneed is very customer service oriented evidenced by asking my goals,where to park the dumpster and truck to assure minimal lawn damage, reviewing his daily plan with me before and during the job. Dave arrived on time every day. Clean up was done daily and done very well. We had 3 very large Pines that were very close to our house and 2 large Pines in our dog pen that needed removal for fire mitigation. This was a very technical removal so I was not capable to do it myself. Dave climbed the trees and trimmed the limbs then proceeded to cut the trees from top to bottom. He had approximately 12x 12 feet in the pen to miss the fencing, he did so with precision and never hit any of the fence or my home. I asked him to stack the logs cut 12-18" in my log pile across my property which was 50 yards from the trees felled. These logs are approx 70-100 lbs apiece so I was very thankful he agreed to do this. After the job was completed he cleaned up all the slash in the yard and driveway. The dumpster company Dave hired was also friendly and customer oriented. The Dumpster company driver placed boards under the runners and prevented any injury to my asphalt driveway. He then swept the driveway and blew off any remaining dirt and debris from my driveway when the job was completed. My driveway was more clean than before the job was started. I plan to remove another very large tree later this year and will definitely hire Dave Sneed for that job. I was planning that tree as a DIY job and decided , instead, I plan to hire Dave."
