Purpose of Foundation: Foundation for addition or small structure
Comment: We're building a barn in Evergreen. The structure is 800 square feet and the concrete foundation part is 500 square feet (the horse stalls will not have a concrete floor). We will need a short retaining wall on one side. We have architectural and structural drawings completed. We are wrapping up a few questions from the Jeffco planning department (unrelated to the foundation) and expect to have the building permit in the next few weeks. We would like to have the foundation completed as soon as practical this spring so we can start building in May. We tore down an old barn, so the site is pretty close to graded but the footprint of the new barn is larger so we will need the prep work/grading for the foundation quoted as well. Thank you.
