They put down fresh mulch, some crushed stone in a problematic area where I have a lot of runoff, a small patch of new sod, and removed all the remaining leaves from last fall. His was the second estimate I received, and I basically hired him on the spot due to the value offered and the thoughtfulness he put into discussing options with me. "I hired Niz Masonry to remove 2 failing fences and install a new fence in its place. Santos and his team showed up at exactly 8am all 3 days they were here. Within the first hour of the first day one side of my yard was fully removed and they were starting on the posts. They went above and beyond to get the fence perfectly straight, and joined it perfectly with the posts joining our neighbors fences. All posts were installed at full depth with concrete. We had tree stumps that were in the way of the fence line on both sides of our yard and they went above and beyond, carving away just enough of the stumps to fit the fence panels in perfectly. The crew was friendly, courteous, and clean. They were very careful around everything in our yard, cleaned up as they went and left at the end of the day with our yard perfectly clean. They were also very courteous of our neighbors and cleaned their yards as well. There were many spots in this job where they could have taken short cuts, but they didnâ t take any of them. They did everything by the book and iâ m extremely satisfied with the results. They wonâ t be the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for, and I feel like I got more than I couldâ ve asked for. "Mario and Ludwin removed large overgrown bushes from our backyard and performed yard maintenance, which included pruning and leaf cleanup in a wooded area that hadn’t been appropriately maintained. This was no small task. They were reasonable priced and broke down the cost to allow me to determine how I wanted to approach. They were able to service within a few days and were extremely efficient at the work! I could not believe how quick they were and with attention to detail and aesthetics. The yard now looks beautiful only after 3 days of work. I am now considering tree removal and working with M&L on this as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"Hilario made a patio, fixed a concrete step, removed a concrete foundation wall, and hauled away a brush pile. He also cut down a tree for my neighbor. He has great communication and followup, he shared pictures as examples of his work and brought over sample patio stones to select. He let me know promptly when rain delayed the start date, and answered my questions about his plan. He moved a plant I wanted to keep, which showed good thoughtfulness. Excellent quality work, efficient completion. I'd work with him again."

"Miguel Lopez initially came to review the work I needed to have done. He also made one or two pertinent suggestions. Because most of the trees that needed trimming were my neighbor's property, he shared his concerns that she should be notified as well. It was no problem but a great consideration. He arrived on Monday 22nd with a full crew, placed cones in the street to mark off his area of work. He removed and/or trimmed all of the trees/bushes appropriately and his crew took the material to the shredder and dealt with them promptly. They picked up all debris before they left and used the blower to clean up the sidewalk. I so appreciate the customer care, the quiet, efficient manner in which they all did their jobs. I asked him to return in the spring and if he continues to be available I will continue to use his services. Thank you, Miguel - and all of the guys!"

His price was competitive and in-line with others. Showed up with his crew a day earlier than planned and completed on-time in 3 days with all material removed from site and stumps ground down. Great, positive attitude from Jose and all of his crew. Would hire again and strongly recommend."
