I tried contacting several other HVAC companies over a couple of week period and Manny was the only one who called me back. "These plumbing techs “knew” their business. And when one had a query, they questioned each other, read the fine details of the weird paperwork to complete the job. We have two internal tank toilets. You never SEE the water. But these guys were, “okay.” Then they suggested a pressure test of my entire house, reasonable, since it took 15 minutes!!! So glad we did this too. After 28 years in this home I had never heard of a hydrostatic test. Thank you guys for your efforts, kindness of explanations to my questions. Top notch to TopYsch!!"

About 3 months ago started a constant click, not heard before. Past 2 months the temperatures have been up and down, always returning to set points. Freezer was first seen to go up to 5-6-7, and refrigerator stayed at 40. Later freezer temp seen at 8-9-11, and fridge started to show 41-42-43-44. Past week and today freezer shows 14-16-17-18, and fridge shows 46-47-48-50. Early this morning temps were 0 and 40. Right now temps are 8 and 47. Later the temps may get back to 0 and 40.
