Owner did bid, looked at unit and gave us accurate information about the age, which the previous company we called to repair it did not. Owner willing to not make a sale to ensure we got work under warranty if we could. Ultimately the warranty info we had was incorrect an we had to get a new unit, but now we understand the process and what to expect from our warranty."
