"Highly recommended! Very honest and professional business. Our washer had multiple parts needed to be replaced. Michael spent several hours in ordering the initial parts and the installation. After he found out that there was one more component broken, we decided not to repair the washer because the total cost would be more than a new washer. He refunded our initial payment in order to honor their company's policy: If they couldn't fix the problem, they wouldn't charge the customer. We were thankful for having worked with Mr. Appliance."

"This is a small business and I prefer to support small, local business. I called on December 24 because my washing machine stopped working. TJ, the owner, called me right back and made an appointment to come out. When they arrived, TJ explained everything to us in detail including pricing so there were no surprises. A part needed to be ordered, which with the New Year holiday in the middle of it, did take a few days, not their fault. I got the call on January 2nd that the part was in, and they came out that evening to repair the washing machine. They also thankfully fixed and replaced the dryer hose/vent that was so badly damaged by the company I hired to clean it. TJ and his technician were respectful of our home, our time and our property. They arrived within the time window provided, they cleaned up everything after they were done, nothing was left behind. I will definitely use Simply Service again."

"Mr Wilson was prompt with addressing the fact I had a home emergency. My washing machine was not performing - it would not spin to expel water. Mr Wilson explained what exactly was wrong with the machine - which is at least 20yrs old - and he was able to fix it in an hour. He is pleasant and polite, and it will call him in the future ! Thank you HomeAdvisor - you helped me find QUALITY again !!"
