"the job was to remove the paint on the surface of deck floor. Anthony's price came in very low by comparison to other bids. I went with him guessing he would need more time and to be compensated for it. He was very conscientious and did a quality job. It did take twice as much time to finish the job because there were four layers and one in particular was difficult to get through. Anthony did not ask for more money, but we did pay him more. Near the end of the job we added pressure washing the house and the cost was still lower than competing offers for the deck alone. Mainly, we were satified because of the quality of the work."
