"Knowing nothing about dryer vent cleaning, I researched it online so I knew what to expect and what it would cost. Of the three businesses homeadvisor.com listed, Rob called me right away, explained what he would do and quoted a price at the low end of what I expected to pay, so we scheduled a time without waiting for another call. He gave a two-hour window of when he would come and called when he was on his way. He cheerfully answered my questions, cleaned the vent, and cleaned up before he left. (One of the other companies called several days later, and I never did hear from the third. ) I appreciate that this is a locally-owned business where I was able to deal directly with the owner."
