Very first meeting, he spent almost 2 hours explaining me different options and alternatives for my bathroom remodeling and provided genuine and reasonable estimates like he is building things for his own home. Very impressive, I liked that. Troy did all work for me all the way to an end starting engaging architect, township permits/approvals, paper work, inspections, and complete construction. My initial plan didn't go through permit due to less space and I was amazed that Troy offered to re-engage an architect and built a new bathroom in garage without even asking me a single penny extra that included new walls, installing a new shower, sink, toilet, accessories, ceramic tiles floor, state of art plumbing system, electrical fittings, lighting, water pumping motor system, pipes insulation.
