Within 24 hours they came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Within the week they painted the exterior of my home and I was extremely satisfied. Though I wanted some changes to be made and they were extremely accommodating. Once they were finished I live the end result! In addition to that Romario was fun and engaging. "Erick is a truly good man who stands by his word/price. I had two bathrooms remodeled and I am thrilled with the end result. Erick made sure that any inconvenience to my family was minimal and at the end of every day their clean up incredible. After getting three other estimates, I had Erick come over to estimate the price and his price was 20% lower than some of the other estimates. "My porch was in bad shape and it’s a rather large porch so I was worried about the safety of what I had and the price point. John came out and made me feel at ease with the process. I’m so glad I went with rau and sons. They not only replaced my porch with a safer and more appealing porch but all in all the work that was done is a1. My family and I were treated wonderfully during the job and they even stayed late in the beginning to make sure we had safe access into our home for our child and dogs.
