"This professional came to my home for an estimate. His coordinating was flexible. Unknown to me. My gutters and roof were a disaster f debri. An excellent soft power wash was done beautifully.. He Recommended anything he saw to me so I was aware. His company did such an amazing job with the power wash. I had full confidence for them to proceed with the gutter cleaning. I found this company and only took their One estimate and I had no time to get any others. I felt a good feeling upon meeting him and his staff. My gut was correct. I will be I using their service for all they offer for my homes needs. They are punctual. Professional. Go the extra mile to tell you anything they see needs to be done in the future. My husband and I were very pleased. Very. We are glad we found this company. I am a professional and all the above is very important. I highly recommend this company!"

"Every person Iâ ve come into contact with at Sebonac has been friendly and professional. For me personally, one of the most important things, and what Iâ ve had problems with in other companies, is communication. These guys pick up the phone when I call, and if they canâ t they immediately call back. Iâ ve worked with a lot of different companies through the years and their prices are fair and just overall I really like their attitude when it comes to problem solving or working through any issues I have. There good people and do good work."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
