"Purchased a home a month ago and got a surprise electric bill of over $500 for the first month. As other reviews say here - David really took the time to evaluate our system and explained to me in both technical terms and plain English what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and what could be added if we wanted. And then he made the system work properly. He did not pressure me into anything and while I'm not an HVAC expert, he took a no BS approach. Turns out our system had not only been poorly installed, but also poorly maintained. Thanks sellers! In addition to hiring David, I strongly suggest that nobody buy a home without a thorough inspection, even if you feel like you won't get the home. What you don't buy won't give you problems. But if you have problems - hire David! I just met him - but I trust him 100%."
