"I hired Niz Masonry to remove 2 failing fences and install a new fence in its place. Santos and his team showed up at exactly 8am all 3 days they were here. Within the first hour of the first day one side of my yard was fully removed and they were starting on the posts. They went above and beyond to get the fence perfectly straight, and joined it perfectly with the posts joining our neighbors fences. All posts were installed at full depth with concrete. We had tree stumps that were in the way of the fence line on both sides of our yard and they went above and beyond, carving away just enough of the stumps to fit the fence panels in perfectly. The crew was friendly, courteous, and clean. They were very careful around everything in our yard, cleaned up as they went and left at the end of the day with our yard perfectly clean. They were also very courteous of our neighbors and cleaned their yards as well. There were many spots in this job where they could have taken short cuts, but they didnâ t take any of them. They did everything by the book and iâ m extremely satisfied with the results. They wonâ t be the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for, and I feel like I got more than I couldâ ve asked for. "Miguel Lopez initially came to review the work I needed to have done. He also made one or two pertinent suggestions. Because most of the trees that needed trimming were my neighbor's property, he shared his concerns that she should be notified as well. It was no problem but a great consideration. He arrived on Monday 22nd with a full crew, placed cones in the street to mark off his area of work. He removed and/or trimmed all of the trees/bushes appropriately and his crew took the material to the shredder and dealt with them promptly. They picked up all debris before they left and used the blower to clean up the sidewalk. I so appreciate the customer care, the quiet, efficient manner in which they all did their jobs. I asked him to return in the spring and if he continues to be available I will continue to use his services. Thank you, Miguel - and all of the guys!"

"I have rocks in my back yard, whatever couldn't be cut with a weed whacker was pulled by hand. They did a great job if removing the clippings I can see the rocks. I live in a row house and the clippings had to be removed though the house. They made sure to clean up any clippings in the house."
